for example:
-----Person A joins the second month but not this month. Since it is his first month joining, he will only need to pay 3 keys. However 5 for the next.

-----Person B joined this month and intends to join the next month. Entrance fee is 5 keys for the next month.




-The Member Cap will be set at 750 initially but depending on total inventory size, CAP may decrease.


-----As days progress, Permanent spots will be made availalbe in limited amounts but at different prices.

-As again all the rules in hte premium group apply to the elite group.
-Leaking Predictions will result in BAN from Both Groups.
