Platoons will be a minimum of 25 players: 1 officer, 2 sergeants, 22 rankers. Platoons CAN NOT exceed 1 officer, 4 sergeants, 60 rankers. If you have more than one officer in your regiment, then he can register his own platoon or join yours as a sergeant. There can only be one officer per registration.

OFFICERS ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR MEN.
Sergeants are only responsible for their own subordinates. Sergeants are not accountable.

We train for the knowledge. Although, we will host private matches starting in January. Additionaly, the most dedicated person each month will receive a $20 Steam gift card!!!

Sometimes. Cavalry is not the focus of this academy because I am not trained in that regard. I am only qualified to teach marching drill procedure, leadership, and application of formations.

I want to learn some advanced commands and get some formation knowledge for my regiment, what time do you guys do training a practice and stuff?

Microphones are required only for the leadership modules of the academy's curriculum.
Command voice training is included.

So if were being taught do we need to bother with a microphone since we wont be saying anything?

This is a very good group since I seen groups trying to do the same thing but they are nothing like this one.I highly recomend that you join this group and have classes.10\10 Amazing those what other groups can't.

We all learn from each other in this group page. But anyone that has actual drill experience can contact me and they can become a teacher too! If you pass a small and easy test, then you can schedule your own classes.

So... what are we supposed to do here? Teach, each and every one of us? When? I was invited, and I am curious.
