I've been playing ZPS the last couple of days and been having fun. There's only like two active servers that actually run NOT CABIN/CHURCH/ARMORY and the only one that is really active is an EU server but my love for zombie panicking transcends 200 latency

who was it that used to always have like 900 ping everytime he'd connect? was it sprocket?

Nice, good for you! Sapid Cerebrum was great fun. I think I can pretty much completely remember the layout of the map still!

I'll have to fire up ZPS one of these days and play a bit, it's been quite a while.

Anomaly here! The ZPS map I made so long ago, Sapid Cerebrum, has almost been completed and is in release candidacy. There is talk of it being made part of the official ZPS maps, but there is nothing official on that front yet. In any event, even though the big Iron City Evil logo is gone, ICE still has a shout-out in the credits room. I miss playing with you guys on that old ICE Friendly Fire server. :)
