BETA Round Robin Tournament
Hi all!

I'm busy making a round Robin Tournament.
I hope this will fit in a Flash event!

This format is new for Flash events so i made some experiments with it.

How will it work?

I will make 4 brackets Round Robin of each 4 people. So MAX of 16 players can compete.
Games will be best of 1, format I don't know yet.
The winners of each bracket will continue on in a new Round Robin bracket!

So in total:
- All players play at least 3 tournament matches in stead of 1.
- The maximum games that can be played are 6. (nowedays there a 7 matches played)
- This event will take longer than the normal bracket we know!

What do you guys think?
Plz leave suggestions underneath!

Cheers unicorn!

I like the idea, all things that make the tournaments for different is very good in my opinion. With this the Flash Tournaments will be a better experience for players because of more matches so you just don't play one and you are out.

Do you know when you will host the first one in this format?

Well i was thinking in May, I'm taking a break of hosting tourneys for a month, so maybe at the 600 member anniversary ;) But it will be in May.

I just see there is a slight possibality that two players both have 2 points.

The winners of a Round Robin baracket both have 2 points, in that i case i will check the game of both winners. The winner of that match will win the round robin bracket and will continue on in the winners round robin bracket

(for the smartasses around)

I think this legit. In case this happens in the final bracket, both winners have a winners match on a different map.
