Operation Pitchfork is Team8's project to create a whole new game with certain similarities to WOTR (Directional combat, medieval England as a setting, realistic armor and weapons etc.). The project is still in a fairly early stage so there is currently not a whole lot of info we can give you, but good places to check for news are https://discord.gg/Vkf3PUj and https://steamcommunity.com/groups/Team8CommunityUnofficial (The latter is empty at the moment but will get news posted to it as soon as we release them).

News about WOTR or Operation Pitchfork? WOTR is dead and not likely to make a return. Operation Pitchfork on the other hand is very much alive and making progress.

Don't we have the possibility to revive WOTR as a community? I mean, we are 2,367 people here and I hope the half of us are deeply suffering from the loss of WOTR. Where are all these passionate gamers, we as Barbarians met in WOTR? Can we join together and start an initiative?
...I know, it's very unrealistic to revive it, but who would join, if we could?
