Tex Murphy and the Romanov Enigma takes place between The Pandora Directive and Tesla Effect novels. The sixth and final novel, Tex Murphy: Trance, is coming in the future!

There is some content overlap between Romanov Enigma and the Tex Murphy Radio Theater seasons. The novel starts with similar content to what was covered in Season TWO, followed by similar content that was covered in season ONE, and then moves on to never before told Tex Murphy content. Tesla Effect Visual Effects Artist Mat Van Rhoon has started a new game company called Terabbit Studios. The first project is a game called The Lark Ark!
