Report a translation problem
You could also maybe post to TFTV, though I can't really promise a warm reception. TFCL is somewhat well known there, but they're still a community dedicated to ESEA, not to TFCL or other free leagues. They may also direct you to our forums or Steam group. But still, posting there definitely won't hurt, and if somebody wants to bring you aboard TFCL, then it may be worth it in the end.

Just post a reply to that saying you want to join a team. Alternatively you can try posting to their recruiting area, but TFTV's primarily designed for ESEA teams, so you may not get too many people interested in bringing you aboard their TFCL team, assuming they even have one.
Though, a classic way to find a team is to just search for teams in our directory. Find teams that don't have a full roster, and contact the leader manually on Steam.
