When I voted on Greenlight, I followed the posted instructions for the free key as seen in this screen clip:

But when I visit the redemption link, I get the not eligible message. When did the procedure to get the key change (I never saw a post indicating the change in requirements for the key)? And why wouldn't someone who followed the old instructions not be eligible? It's not like we could vote YES again.

Also, when I voted it up, I had told my Twitter and Twitch followers to check out the game and group, which probably explains why so many voted YES but somehow missed the same announcement that the posting requirements had changed. What should I publish to our followers now?

I followed the instructions, step by step, and says not elegible. This is not the way to treat people who supported your work. Good luck trying to get support for your games if you not fulfill your promises, don't count on me in your next Greenlight campaign

You would think that someone would have noticed that we have 10k members here and the "database" had zero members in it as qualifying for the free key. I posted my screenshot from the day I voted and posted about my vote and all instructions in that screenshot were followed but still no key. I have to assume that they do not plan on ever doing another game since they are just flipping the bird at all the original supporters of the game before it even made it onto Steam. Great PR.
