Hello once again everyone!

The plans for the chess tournament (via www.chess.com) are pretty much final at this point, so I"ve decided to allow official sign-ups now, even though the tournament is planned for a little over a week from now. I would like to stress that if you do not sign up in this form, you will not be entered into the tournament, and as such will not be able to compete or receive prizes. If you know anyone who is interested, please link them to this post to make sure they don"t miss their chance!

Time zones are less of a problem than I initially thought, as chess.com allows a longer period between turns (days, not just minutes). This means that if you are unable to attend at the start time (15th June, 5pm GMT), you are still able to enter!

Before filling out the form, please make sure you already have a chess.com account registered! It is free, and is required so I know to invite you into the tournament room on the day!

Double announcement today, yay~

As we approach 50 members, both Tet and I feel that something needs to happen, so, thanks to those that replied to the questionnaire, we decided on hosting a game tournament!

The prizes will be any steam game of your choice, up to a value of:
1st: $30/£20
2nd: $25/£15
3rd $20/£10

More information will come soon but you don"t need to worry, it"ll be a free game so anyone can play!

What we need to know is if you are interested, and your time zone (or just the general area where you live) so we can decide on a date and time! Obviously if not enough are interested, this won"t happen so make sure to leave a comment below!

Once we hit 50 members, /u/firedude76 and I are organising a Chess tournament to celebrate! Thank you to all those that filled out the questionnaire I posted a while back, your feedback has greatly helped in organising both this and future events!

1. The game is planned to be chess, hosted by /u/firedude76 on www.chess.com. However, if there is enough opposition to this idea, the game can possibly change! I"m wanting the tournament to be a free game so everyone can take part, if possible!

2. The date is planned to be the 15th of June (just under 2 weeks away). The time is still under debate.

To enter:
I"ll likely make a form for all the entrants to fill out next week, but for now I"d appreciate it if you post here or on the subreddit post saying you"re interested in attending with your time zone!
