Luminosity > Cloud9. Historically, Cloud9 has come out victorious quite often, but there have been some noticeable upsets in their performance as of late, most notably their loss against Enemy. However, that was obviously online and what they were playing for wasn't as important as what they will be playing for now, so take it with a grain of salt.
Luminosity is like many of the NA teams; they suck really, really badly against each other in the little circle of NA teams, i.e. Liquid, CLG, Cloud9, Luminosity, Winterfox, Method, Enemy, etc. But, once they hit LAN these guys are a whole different kind of beasts. They may have lost to Fnatic in the first one pretty badly, but Fnatic started off CT side and won pistol round. Compare that to the Mirage match, and you can easily see that little factors could have changed the scoreline very, very quickly. My point being that Luminosity on LAN can do much more than what they can online, and the rule is obviously no exception to other NA teams, except maybe Liquid, although they have been improving recently with their close BO3 against Fnatic on LAN, where they managed to take them out on Cobblestone.
I personally believe the "great era" of Cloud9 is over and they are no longer of the same caliber as before. This game is a pure 50-50; the fraggers of Luminosity can match with Cloud9 and Fallen can go toe-to-toe with Skadoodle. The smart bet is the underdog, so if Cloud9 somehow become the underdog(which they will 99% not), then I would switch to them. Going medium-high on Luminosity here.

Liquid > Virtus.Pro. In a Best of 3, I would in no way, in any century or lifetime, bet on Liquid for this matchup. But, in a Best of 1, and considering Liquid's recent performance on LAN, notably: http://www.hltv.org/match/2298392-liquid-fnatic-pgl-season-1-finals and http://www.hltv.org/match/2298335-virtuspro-liquid-pgl-season-1-finals, you'd be kind of crazy to not take this bet at these odds. You can easily see that if Liquid get the right map, they could upset here. With the kind of skill and increasing experience that each individual player on the team is getting, I can definitely see them winning in a Best of 1. And, at these odds.... well you can't really bet high on Virtus.Pro and feel safe. Small-medium on Liquid.

CLG > Natus Vincere. This will basically fall in the same vein as the previous two games: NA teams are a different beast on LAN, and their last match against Natus Vincere were pretty close: http://www.hltv.org/match/2297505-natus-vincere-clg-esl-one-cologne-2015. If they played a bit smarter and avoided some little mistakes, they would have easily taken it. I'll put my faith in them here and hope they have learned from last time. Low CLG.

CLG won the first pistol round and lost the second one after the half, shown at 27:48 where GuardiaN managed to beat tarik in a 1v1 clutch. If CLG won that pistol, it would have been an easy 12-6 start and a likely victory from the Americans. There are more factors to take into hand, but the pistol round loss was probably the most notable "mistake," if you want to call it that.

NiP > Titan. There's not much to say here; NiP have been a team longer, have more LAN experience as a team, and their individual players have been looking really alive lately, shown in their wins against some top tier teams, most notably a BO3 win over TSM, taking Cache and Inferno which was really surprising to me. They haven't been looking as good against Natus Vincere, but that's probably a matchup issue, i.e. NiP might be weaker against fast-paced or slow-paced teams and better against passive or aggressive teams. Little factors like pace of the game and general positioning habits tend to affect the way that NiP take sites on T-side and hold sites on CT-side. This match is ridiculously risky, and you should seriously skip it if you don't have the money. I will be going medium on NiP though.
