NiniOM, I created it for so long to give new members that join the group a chance to enter. And I don't want this to be a private group. I would prefer if they didn't join and enter the giveaway and leave but if they do, they are still green.

But creating my steamgifts account barred me from the Steam Community Market for 7 days... it thinks I added funds with a new payment method.

Already opened a ticket with Steam Support, but I won't be able to buy cards to craft badges until it's resolved...

doesn't matter man. you just don't want more people to join?
