Welcome To The Team! (+Rules)

Welcome to the team, if you have been invited to this team, it means you are a bae/nice person. Congratulations. In this group you can play csgo with a friendly team and can organise events if you ask a moderator (events such as team games etc).

Upon joining this team, you will be advised to read these rules, they are not compulsory to read but its best to read them to make sure you don"t get banned from this group.
If you are not following the rules, you will first get a warning, if you don"t follow them again you will get a ban from the group.

-Do not disrespect other people

-Don"t be racist/sexist/homophobic

-Don"t judge someone before you have met them

-If you feel like you have been insulted by another member, do not get into an argument, simply take screenshots as evidence and get in contact with a moderator as soon as possible (If you are being insulted by a moderator, get in contact with a different moderator, we will sort it). Also, copy and paste of chats will not count as valid evidence.

-Do not ask to be made an admin/moderator, we are all close friends and its easier to monitor each others behaviour and see what we need to improve on. Having lots of moderators and admins would mean we would have less control, people would break rules more often and it wouldn"t be very nice.

-You are allowed to joke around/have a laugh with friends, but becareful on what you say, if we find that something has been said in violent context to offend someone, we will put that under the rule "disrespecting other members".

-Moderators are here to make sure you have a fun experience in this group, we are friendly people to chat to, if you need help with anything, feel free to message one of us.

-If you have been insulted and a moderator is not online (which would be very rare), ignore the person, block them, remove them, do not retaliate, get in contact with a moderator when one is online.

-If you want to organise a team game, ask a moderator, we can try to schedule it for you.

-These rules apply to moderators/admins as well, if you break them, you get warnings and bans.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES AND GET BANNED, THERE ISNT A SECOND CHANCE TO GET BACK IN.
When we warn you for breaking the rules the first time, we will call you and speak to you on what you have done wrong/how you can avoid this next time (if you dont have a mic, we will message you), your name will be put on a list which remains there for an anonymous amount of time (forcing you to be good because you dont know if you will get banned for the next rule break) you will not know when your name is taken off this list, when you get banned for breaking the rules a second time, there will be no call, just a message "You are banned from "Thedreamteambaes" permanantly". -You are allowed to post announcements as long as they follow the rules

-The basic rules apply to moderators/admins as well

-You are allowed to set up scheduled events such as team games/practice, just make sure everyone is free on the date of the game before scheduling

-You are allowed to invite people to the group as long as they are sound, you must tell them to read the rules, its not compulsory to read the rules but its so they know how to act

-Dont be arrogant/force people to do stuff, you are a moderator, you have alot of responsibility

-if you have been contacted by a member with evidence about insults etc, you are allowed to ban the suspect, you must get in contact with a second/third moderator to authorise the ban.
