I'm not sure why the ratings of this game are so low. In the board-game world, this game is top tier. This digital version is better imo.

I get that the digital version has a few bugs, but the simple truth is - this is a great digital game. I've played the board-game - once, and the simple truth about the board game is - it's a mess to administer and takes absolutely forever to play. Do you really think a few bugs (things that are simply different than the board-game) happen more often than the tedious attempt to keep track of all of your modifiers and cards and items irl? After playing this online, I have zero interest in the effort to play the actual board-game, unless someone else is doing all the work.

The only "real" reason to rate this game anything other than top tier, is that it's a slow turn based strategy game. That's just not for everyone. The game is grindy and takes a ton of time, just like any other dungeon crawl. It's the opposite of a high paced action game.

There are a log of bugs that need addressed as well as UI issues. The game is good from a concept but the amount of bugs makes for some very annoying problems that make one want to quit for the day.

Bugs/Issues:
There needs to be an undo feature that allows to undo the last selection (see below). This could be added as an option maybe for those who don't want the ability to undo a bad roll. But there are many times when I select an option by mistake only to realize 1/2 through the round (selecting cards, I thought I un-selected a card and selected a different option but it never registered.

Major issue(s):

• Continual Supply for Quartermaster. You confirm target on yourself only to realize you didn't want to or there isn't even a hero next to you to complete the action. How do I undo this?
  
• I have had a full modifier deck. Rolled a x0. The next round (no resting or anything was added to deck), my deck was reset and I rolled another x0. And I'm positive it wasn't a curse as I've restarted the round before and verified the log to see why this happened I can't figure out why.

UI Issues:

• On Hero info screen (blazing sword on top left of screen), availability status is not reflected by the grayed/un-grayed icons.
  
• There should be some method of checking card/item status of heroes at anytime, even when selecting targets for card effects.
  
• The status of cards when selecting a hero portrait is often confusing and doesn't really indicate when a card is in the discard, burned, or removed from scenario. I've mistaken many times for a used card during my turn to be available to refresh only to realize that because it gave a shield buff I can't actually refresh it. Rules as written are a little vague on this, but I'd like the option to cancel a refresh item if I can't actually refresh an item that is currently in play but I didn't realize it (Echoing Aria bottom).

There are other problem. I would happily give this a thumbs up if these issues could be resolved.
