After 138.6 hrs on record, I wished this game allowed cheats or mods. I would have given it 10/10 if there were some sort of bots to do the runs for me. the running around at late game is really insane. i cannot meet most of my clients/dealers in time. i wish i could hire runners to do the runs on my behalf. if that happens, i would give 10/10

Since the new update can't even run the game on the lowest settings

I had around 39 hours in this game prior to the FREE visual update! I thoroughly enjoyed my time and would have easily given the game a 8/10 for the addictive gameplay loop, no pun intended. In it's current state I cannot give this game more than a 4/10.

THE GOOD:
-Easy to get into with a low skill floor (You can get by just shuffling pure drugs with Eddie)
-High skill ceiling (tons of unique formulas available by the community online but you can easily personalize your own.
-Simple loop (buy/grow drugs, set a time for a client, run the drugs, don't get caught, repeat)
-Game looks okay (don't expect to be blown away even with the visual update, but i've certainly played worse.)
THE BAD:
-Save file can/will corrupt (I lost my entire 39 hour save file after the patch and people have reported losing their new files. I'm still testing the patch personally so if it does I will edit this review.)
-Invisible walls/plants (This wasn't an issue before so I don't know how they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up, but there are random invisible walls along some parts of sidewalks/plants where you're intended/allowed to go. This ruins the fluidity of the game.)
-Mods are broken (Nothing more to say, they're just broken.)
-IT'S FREE (and you should be happy, at least according to the devs. I think that updating and patching games overtime to provide a higher quality of life is standard in modern gaming, as well as keeping those updates free.)

CONCLUSION:
This game is currently a 4/10 for me. The best parts of the game are/were the fluidity and addictive gameplay loop. The fluidity has been somewhat reduced/eliminated due to the invisible wall bugs and the gameplay loop remains the same. I sincerely believe downpatching the game is the best solution at this time. Until the devs decide to stop stroking their own egos over a FREE patch (did they forget to mention it was free?) the game will no longer feel complete. Give us another patch resolving a majority of the bugs that were nonexistent before and lower your tone, then maybe your community won't clown on you.
