With the game being down, how could I start a private server so I can play on my own?

The Idea is, if you need help with the game, but only speak english, or german, you can tell me here, i can help you to learn the game and get started. I play on the new PVE Server. If we get 3 or more Guys into the group we also can do dungeons together, it can be great fun if you get the help you need. Tell me wether you are interessted or not.
