Plus sides:
Graphics. I found myself driving down a dirt road and there was realistic dust blowing behind the vehicle. There is active ambient lighting, which you don't see a lot of in emergency sims.
Customization. There were a couple of different player models to choose from, which isn't terrible, but the vehicles is where this really comes into play. You can change everything from what paint you have on your vehicle to where the lights are and what color they will flash. You like red and blues on your police car? You can do it. Like the cooler blue slick top SUV, It can happen.
Cons:
Controls. A nightmare. Possibly the worst game to give you controls. Spent about half of the time i have spent playing just going back and fourth between the settings and the game just to figure out how to get into my car. The game doesn't have full controller support, no big deal just use the keyboard. WRONG. Here is an example: You need to respond code 3 to an armed robbery. You start making your way there, you need the emergency lights on, your siren and to actively drive to the scene. Looping sirens are number pad 1,2, and 3. Secondary Siren is H. Emergency lights is number 1, the one across the keyboard, not to be confused with loop siren 1 on the number pad. Doing all of that while having one hand on WASD to control the car and the other on the mouse to control where you are looking. Its really not practical. Feels like you would need 3 hands to play this in any sort of real sim way.
Another interesting bug I came across is while i was escorting someone to my car, if you open the pause menu, two things will happen. Your cursor will disappear altogether, and you wont be able to select which option you are going for.

If your looking for a game that has detailed emergency vehicles with alot of good scenarios, flashing lights is the way to go, you can customize your lights on every vehicle, and the sirens too.

It's a fun game, but it feels unfinished.

Game devs can you please update the game more and "finish" it.
