Has anyone been able to unlock and upload all the cutscenes anywhere?

So I went back to playing this game and I need help on getting the Sheen.exe. Is it the last cutscene? If you can tell me. Please let me know

It gets so hard after the first boss

I'm really enjoying the game but I'm really struggling to beat it even once. I feel like my main struggle is that idk if I should kill all the soldiers on the ground or not. On the one hand they end up forming large groups and blasting me to ♥♥♥♥ while I'm on the buildings, on the other hand if I go for them I end up wasting a lot of time trying to kill them. I need tips just in general. I'm glad to finally have a real challenge though...
