Most of the functions have mouse over tooltips that tell you about what they do and restrictions on them. You can only use 1 Function per turn, even if it doesn"t succeed. The rest of the turn it will not function. Same with Buildings.

Yes, I know about the once per turn but even on a new turn, the function (and troops) doesn"t work. Even though I hadn"t used any functions for that turn.

Those buttons get disabled if you don"t have the money to use them (<150 Copper).

Welp, doesn"t matter any more any way. I don"t think I"ll be playing this game again any time soon. A lot of things are out of whack right now. Like starting a normal difficulty game and having all cities be under 80 which is supposed to be hard mode. And the amount of money needed for things being very random instead of having a reflection of the population and such.

I"m actually enjoying the game. It is simple and takes little thought. But, when I can"t even end my first turn, because the End Turn button won"t work, there"s a problem. I"d like to continue with the game and see where it goes, but, when the functionality of the game is flawed, you tend to stop bothering.

You have to choose a choice on the left side, or the End Turn button will not function.
