Has anyone here managed to fix the low fps issue and if so able to share the fix please?

whats better, bi or normal game? no really which one is better then which? i mean i like the base game, but what about barbarian invasion? just asking in which do people love the most. i mean for me its base, but i would have to say, i like bi, nut hey love which one you want to love here....

hej chciałem zainstalować kiedyś tam moda RS3 do RTW i żle zainstalowałem od tego czasu gdy chcę odpalić zwykłego roma albo innego moda po przez luncher pojawia mi się czarny ekran z napisem : ENBSeries v0.005 beta :GTA vice city boris-vorontsov.narod.ru nie mogę się tego ściera pozbyć , próbwałem już wszystkiego samodzielnie szukać w plikach gry , steam weryfikacja plików , odinstalowanie i zainstalowanie od nowa nic nie pomaga . Oczywiście odinstalowałem RS3 ale nic nie pomogło , mo...

do you know how to make this game run smoothly,i tried the d3d8 and d3d9 and it doesn't work,also i'm using windows 11, waiting for a response.
