I have just found the problem. It seems like one of our team members have turned our steam manager off for testing and never enabled it again. The steam achievements will be working again in the next update. I will be rolling that update in some time today.

I fixed this problem long ago. I just took at look at the game again and every thing is fine. No problems at all. Iv looked on your profile and you have a few recent games where you have played over 5 hours and have no ahcievments. So it could be some local issue.
