Hi, i just bought this Video and weh I play it, I have alot of buggy pixels. Unwatchable like this. I cannot change the Video Player to VLC for example. i am disappoint

I can't get any of my games to launch. When I select them it goes to 'Preparing to launch' and then shows it running before stopping. I've updated my drivers and verified the game caches but it still has the same issue. Any suggestions on what I can try next since I can't seem to contact Steam on this issue?...
