Can someone explain what each Rule means in the rules section?
Not sure what many of them mean, like garbage discard, humanly hand, great wheel etc

Win end (final round): no idea
Extra round: Bonus rounds if the dealer wins or is in tenpai at the end of the round, I guess.
Red Bonus Tiles: The red fives that count as extra dora
Exposed all simples: Open tanyao allowed

3/4 consecutive triplets, 13 unrelated tiles, Big seven stars and Red Peacock are (inoffical?) yakuman.

"Great wheel" might be "Big wheels", the pinzu version of another inofficial yakuman.

I'm not sure about "Garbage discards" and "Humanly hand", but they seem to be yakuman, too. Garbage discards might be "Nagashi Mangan" and Humanly Hand might be connected to Ten-, Chi- and Ren-Hou.

Hmmm ... I absolutely dont understand the rules of this game . Sometimes i win ( i dont know how ) , and most of the time i lose and i dont know why . I even saw a round where i didn't played a single time because the first one playing dit a "earth something" and won the game .

This is a strange game , so if someone can explain how to play it would be good lol .

i checked this discution yet , and i tryed to have the hand full of matching tiles , and , at a time , i got all my tiles matching but the game didnt propose me to win the game . Is the game cheating ? Because when this is npc that have a full matching hand , it win as soon as it can .

That's what i dont understand , the computer always have the hmmm "points bars" and me never , is there some special keys to have the bars ?

Without pictures it's hard to tell. If you could provide a screenshot I might be able to help. Also, if you really want to learn and are willing to spend >3 hours on watching a video, check this one out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mh0brmqq4sk

You don't fulfill the basic requirement to win: 4 sets of three and one pair. you have 2 sets of three and 4 pairs.

Ffs, don't be so lazy. Read the rules, read the guides, why is it so difficult for you? You are basically missing on one of the greatest board games in the world due to your laziness.

I think its because the pair was in your hand before you got the 4 "3" hands . It happens to me , and to win i need to discard one of the tiles from the pair and hope to draw it again ( or rivals discard one )

There is no yaku in your hand. It doesn't have a value. You can't win with a hand that costs nothing.
