if so what mode do you unlock them in ? and how does it work ?

Using proton 9.0-3 (and other versions) but as soon as I try to use PC Settings to set the resolution and visual options, the game crashes. I'm not finding config.ini anywhere within the game's install folder (separate drive) nor in ~ (/home/user). I'd be happy to copy someone else's config.ini file but I'd need to know the correct path to place it....

where can i find beginner players ??

I usually just skip it so it doesn't matter too much, but I like to watch it from time to time for the memories of childhood wonder. Tried verifying the integrity of my files, rebooting the game and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with the video / display settings to no avail....
