don't have solution xD
1. Copy the the save and place it on the desktop for easy access.
2. On start up of the game, you need to delete every save slot in the savegames folder.
3. When the game ask you if you want to make a new save, say no.
4. Then add the save from the desktop into the games savegames folder.
5. If you did the last 4 steps, the game should have your old save in the save slot the save was named after.
If this still didn't help, I might try and make a video on how to get it to work.
The easiest solution is to immediately delete this file from the folder when you start the game. If this file is deleted before the game's loading screen appears, loading the save should work even after the loading screen.
