Wood and Flesh is a captivating point-and-click puzzle adventure set in the eerie yet cozy Tales from Candleforth universe. The hand-drawn 2D graphics create an immersive atmosphere that perfectly complements the game's psychological horror elements. Despite being short, the game weaves a compelling mystery, keeping you engaged until the end. If you enjoy story-driven puzzles with a touch of dark charm, this is definitely worth checking out!

If you're after just the tiniest, bite-sized nugget of game to fill a few minutes, may as well give this a go.

We have 2, count 'em, two puzzles here; arguably 3, if reassembling the puppet at the start is considered a puzzle or 4, if unclipping the back of the puppet at the end also counts.

But, hey; the art is nice, and both the puzzles work well. You won't spend long here, but as a little preview for something else, this is fine. Go for it!

It always feels weird to hit "not recommended" on a free game, but you do two puzzles that are straight out of a free flash game while horror music plays, arguably three if you count putting the puppet together at the beginning.

I don't want to discourage a small developer, so I'll recommend it based on this: it only took me about five minutes to get through, and it's a free 100% game if you're into that, so give it a shot; you might like it more than I did.

And, hey, I did look up what Tales from Candleforth is, so if that was the goal here, mission accomplished.
