It's in the crafting menu, but it costs 50 Demon Souls, so it will take a LOT of grinding to get all pets leveled up to Demons, and then even more grinding to get the 100 Titan Souls required for each Book Of Titans. Right now, I just have the holiday festival pet and everything else that I have equipped are the early titans (not sure where to get the last pet, it might be limited to Gravewatch Hold, which requires a high Transcendence level to even reach the recommended minimum level of 10.9 million)..
