A 'Build in all provinces' button.

Simple suggestion but would help a lot. A button that builds a building in all available provinces or as many can be afforded. (Unless I've already missed it)

Opinion is WRONG in this game!

Why is it @dev that the opinion between myself and my ally is at 71 then it [my ally] declares war and calls me in and I accept and the opinion goes down to 56? Helping in wars should make the opinion go up! Also, we should be able to share territory gained [also increasing opinion]....

Dynamic City names not working sometimes

One thing I realized that I didn't know was in the game was Dynamic City names. Good example Kaliningrad is Königsberg under Prussia or Germany and Copenhagen is Kopenhagen but sometimes it feels like it's bugged, cause once I save the game and reload it, it either stays the same (which most time doesn't) or goes back to what it was originally called modern day. Like Königsberg, I save the game and then reload it and now it's Kalinigrad. And still sometimes it just doesn't even work. Like Königsberg is ...
