how will these exceptions work?
Not sure how the exceptions would work, or whether or not they already have other servers. But I could probably sort an EU server out if needed.
Lowo Pingo
It can be negotiated between the two teams, if both teams agree to play on the Brazilian server in order to have lower ping, that can be done. Though if other players have their own servers and would like to play on a server with lower ping, that can also be possible. Hopefully that helps clear things up a bit :)
