i thought , maybe that was your problem.
i wanna try not be a troll but fresh player too hey? we all are. But you FRESH OUT THE WOMB. Priority for resources on the ground? HUH? LOL!
SO first and formost. THEY NEVER EVER EVER PICK IT UP UNLESS ITS NEEDED FOR RESOURCES but never first so its just laying their for nearly ever.
and second.. Priority mode for Resources just laying on the ground after a say destroyed buildings. this makes me giggle. What other actions can you do with that other then just CLICK them and see resource type and quantity and also the drones NEVER PICK THEM UP same little spot of resource STILL their from beginning and all others so much every where this is JunkYard simulator not ♥♥♥ ing crust come on. whats this trash? Trash Yard Simulator but as if it was a 1 star or ratings or mostly negative!
In case you want help and not just venting - in the bottom left corner of the screen there's a menu there. That menu has an icon of arrows pointing up - if you click it then it will change your cursor to a priority tool and if you click on something with that you will change priority of that. Click on the pile of resources and it will make drones prioritise that pile, making it top priority and forcing them to use that pile anywhere it's allowed to go. Click again and it will become low priority.
Just done that to a pile of 10 steel that's been on the ground for a long time since I don't care about it and some other similar piles at that place - hauler came within 10 seconds, picked it up and took it somewhere, to the storage maybe. Same thing happened to a pile of ~500 bricks that was left after dismantling a storage and was ignored by drones - click the button with arrows, click the pile, watch drones take it away.
In case I misunderstood something - I'm sorry?
In case you are just attacking - sure, you do you.
I figured out the priority button, but had no idea it could be aplied to the stuff on the ground. Send my drones on a cleanup frenzy immediatly. I thought, I was doomed to live in a dumpster, but it's better now ... I'm better now.
