its not about the save file.
but how to use the save file. apparently u cant just drag and drop save file between accounts

Sf6 has authentication through they're capcom id, things are checked and balanced. Now, you can adjust and change your save file, as the game saves onto your system. Now that isn't to say that it's possible to change your save. You can look online for save data, or get someone to send there's, but chances are that in most cases you won't be able to change it. You could submit a ticket with capcom and find out if they can fix it from their side, or give you a way to fix it. Summary: most things are saved onto your system BUT are more than likely not adjustable due to Capcoms way of "encrpyting" things. Best way I can think of is submit a ticket or do something illegal against capcom and steam TOS.

Save data is tied to your Capcom/CFN ID, it being online means it saves through steam cloud or your CID therefore you can't change the save file like a single player game and expect it to work. It may go into your game, but it may just result in wiping your data again. Again, I say email/submit ticket with capcom. They have access to their clouds/servers, not me.
