I think forcing more combat to happen as you explore is a mistake, combat isn't bad, but i don't want to do it more than once in an area, it completely sucked dry my enthusiasm for this and i hope it changes, it was so fun exploring the area after clearing it out, doing stuff and objectives, idk, i dont feel like its a step in the right direction....

Despite the game being v-synced or having a high max fps, it never seems to be running very smoothly even with the fps counter being plenty high, does anyone else see this?

Had a full on crash after dying and trying to give it another chance. I'm playing on a 256gb LED Steam deck, and I'm sure this hasn't been optimized for running on the deck yet but I figured I'd give it a shot. I naturally died to some demon creature, and selected to try again a loading screen popped up, then some slight movement in bottom right hand corner of what looked like some orbs circling the protagonist, one sound of what I assume to be a pop for a trick, then straight to black. Camera-oriented (or whatever you could call it) directional control doesn't make much sense for (what is in essence) vehicle control. The first fifteen minutes while playing this game I didn't understand what was going on with the controls, because my character would seemingly just change direction when I'd try to adjust the camera. - Well, now I understand why. The direction is not based on steering the board, but just what general direction you push your input towards seen from the camera's orientation,...
