Transgender issues 2
I'm not sure whether the game is still being updated to this day or if anyone is still playing it but the transgender option in the character customization menu opens up the steam store and does not work to change the character's genitals, If anyone could give me any tips or help i would appreciate it.

The game is not unless its being done someplace else... Steam banned the game.. for excessive DLC spam.. or some such.. =) sadly you are SOL when it comes to fixing any issues..
