New Year

I would like to inform you that the "Car Tune" project is still in production. Progress is slow because I am working on this project entirely on my own, after hours at my full-time job. Limited time, health challenges, and other priorities have an impact on the pace, but I am steadily moving forward with determination.

Currently, I am focusing on developing a network mode (multiplayer), which will be a key feature of the project. Later, I also plan to completely redesign the user interface (UI) to make it modern, clear, and intuitive, meeting the highest expectations.

Today, we welcome the New Year 2025. On this occasion, I want to thank you for your support, patience, and understanding. Your interest in this project motivates me to keep pushing forward. I hope the coming year will bring more time and opportunities to dedicate myself even more to the development of "Car Tune".

Fixes:

Fixed an issue with collisions with police cars.
Fixed a bug when applying stickers in the paint shop.
Fixed a bug with interior colors for the leader of new cars.

Content:

Added the ability to return to the profile selection from the garage.
Added an option to mark parts in the inventory as favorites. During mass selling of parts, favorites are skipped and remain in the inventory.
Added color variations for text on the license plate.
Added the ability to sell an incomplete car to the junkyard.

Changes:

Tools that served no purpose in the main garage are now hidden in the inventory.
Utility tools in the paint shop or body shop do not appear in the main garage.

Dear Players,

I would like to sincerely thank you for your support and understanding, especially considering the time constraints I face. Please be reminded that I work on the game after my regular working hours, so updates may take a bit longer.

Currently, my main focus is on developing the multiplayer mode, and the next major update will feature multiplayer - that's my goal.

I kindly ask you to report any bugs with the most detailed description possible, preferably by sending the GameLog.txt via email or Discord. It truly makes the bug-fixing process much smoother, especially for issues that are challenging to reproduce based solely on descriptions.

Update 0.6.5.7

Since the last update, a lot of time has passed. I have spent a great deal of time optimizing and making changes to the graphics system to ensure smoother gameplay. As a result, the change required a significant overhaul of game files. However, I also had to allocate time for work, personal matters, and household responsibilities. Unfortunately, the game is still being developed outside of regular working hours, and I am doing it alone.
The multiplayer feature was planned for Q1, but I have to postpone it as it still requires a lot of work and improvements.
Currently, the game features 14 unique vehicles ( 2 body variants) and over 1500 parts.

Information:

The Unity version has been changed, which affected the model files. As a result, the profile file has incorrectly assigned body damage models. They need to be fixed using a hammer or F7 (debug option).
The launch control system automatically activates when the speed reaches zero.
Many minor bugs reported have been fixed.
Recommended rebuild thumbails (Options->Graphics->Rebuild catalog thumbnails)

Fixed the issue of suspension parts missing for the Turkish region.
Improved suspension calculations.
Optimization improvements.
Fixed memory leaks.
Fixed sockets for the central muffler to guide the pipes.
Fixed an error for adjustable upper control arms (sport version).

A bug with car mileage calculation has been fixed

Content:

Engine wear has been added
The ability to remove the engine with an engine jack has been added

Informations:

Some bugs are fatal bugs that can spoil the rest of the game, please keep that in mind.
Mainly errors related to the car and parts during assembly or disassembly
There should be no problems with the current profiles.
There will be micro-updates for some time, I will try to fix the reported bugs on an ongoing basis
Please report bugs, they will be very helpful in finding problems with the game.
Some elements of the Vudi model are broken, it is enough to repair them or buy new ones, it is related to model replacement
