We will undergo a planned maintenance on our Saudi Arabia data center during the below specified time.

Purpose: Security and traffic encryption upgrade

We will be changing TLS settings and certificates on specific endpoints in Saudi Arabia data center.

TLS settings change:
Remove support for TLS 1.2, only TLS 1.3 will be supported.
Remove support for all ciphers except TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384, which will be only one supported.

Certificates change:
Replace certificate *.api-sa2.infobip.com, api-sa2.infobip.com, smpp-sa2.infobip.com and smpp-sa.infobip.com where we will replace the entire chain inside certificate to Digicert G5 root.

For this purpose we have created test endpoint https://tls-test.api-sa2.infobip.com where clients can test their apps and make sure they are compatible with new settings.

Additionally, the following endpoint will have their certificate replaced as well, to comply with regulation of issuing it from 4096-bit root certificate. The following endpoints will start using Let's Encrypt certificates issued from ISRG Root X1:
livechat-sa.infobip.com
auth-sa.infobip.com
portal-sa.infobip.com
portal-sa2.infobip.com
emailtracking-sa2.email-messaging.com

We suggest that you update your trust stores with the new root certificates and test their compatibility with TLS settings on the test endpoint https://tls-test.api-sa2.infobip.com.
