Metilkrotonoil-KoA karboksilaza (EC 6.4.1.4, metilkrotonil koenzim A karboksilaza, beta-metilkrotonil koenzim A karboksilaza, beta-metilkrotonil KoA karboksilaza, metilkrotonil-KoA karboksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-metilkrotonoil-KoA:ugljen-dioksid ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je biotinilni protein.
