Aspartat-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.12, aspartil-tRNK sintetaza, aspartil ribonukleinska sintetaza, aspartil-transfer RNK sintetaza, aspartinsko kiselinska translaza, aspartil-transfer ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, aspartil ribonukleatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat:tRNKAsp ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
