2-Iminoacetatna sintaza (EC 4.1.99.19, thiH (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-tirozin 4-metilfenol-lijaza (formira 2-iminoacetat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-tirozin S-adenozil-L-metionin redukovani akceptor 2-iminoacetat 4-metilfenol 5'-dezoksiadenozin L-metionin akceptor 2 H
Ovaj enzim sadrži 4Fe-4S kluster.
