(3R,6E)-nerolidolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.49, terpenska sintaza 1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (3R,6E)-nerolidol).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat H2O (3R,6E)-nerolidol difosfat
Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka u formiranju (3E)-4,8-dimetilnona-1,3,7-triena.
