Victory/Overtime
Pretty sure overtime is actually achieved if the losing team is in control of the tower when time runs out, and overtime ends if the losing team manages to get ahead (one point) of the other team, or the other team gets control of the tower (not just neutralized, the other team MUST control the tower to end overtime).
