Fried Squidkid III

The Fried Squidkid III are a pair of shoes in Splatoon 3.

They are a 2-star item produced by Enperry and come with the primary ability Object Shredder. It is available from the Switch News channel as a promotion for the Baby Chicks vs. Li'l Bunnies vs. Bear Cubs Splatfest They cannot be ordered from another player.

Appearance

The Fried Squidkid III are lavender basketball shoes with yellow velcro straps with the Enperry logo crossing on the front, subjected by two white metal pieces. The midsole is white, and the outer sole is gray. They also have an orange, yellow, and cream fish-like pattern on the side with two yellow arrows as a tail, as well as the Enperry logo on the tongue in yellow, orange, and gray and part of it branded in the heel tab.

Abilities

The Fried Squidkid III come with Object Shredder as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Drop Roller or Stealth Jump. As a 2-star item, the Fried Squidkid III come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of them from Crush Station for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since they are made by the Enperry gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
