Blasters recover ⁵⁄₃ % of the ink tank after every shot. The Suction Bomb prevents ink recovery for the first Rapid Blaster blast, hence the −1 in step E. The results of each of the following steps needs to be rounded down to a whole number before moving to the next step, because there is never a fraction of a shot.
