Formula

The respawn process can be broken down into three phases:

  • Player focus - The time after death where the splat cam is focused on the player. This phase always lasts 30 frames. Not affected by Quick Respawn.
  • Enemy focus - The time after death where the splat cam is focused on the enemy. The base duration of this phase is 360 frames. Affected by Quick Respawn. The ability parameters Dying_AroudFrm and Dying_ChaseFrm presumably describe different parts of this phase, but the calculation can be simplified by adding these parameters together.
  • Respawn - The number of frames used by the spawn animation. This phase always lasts 120 frames. Not affected by Quick Respawn.

Resources:

Ability parameters for Quick Respawn
Parameter Notes High Mid Low s
Dying_AroudFrm These two parameters presumably describe different parts of the time where the splat cam is focused on the enemy.
For simplicty, these parameters can be added together, with the result shown in the following line.
30 60 90 0.5
Dying_ChaseFrm 90 180 270 0.5
Combined values For simplicity, use these values for calculation. 120 240 360 0.5

Example:

Calculate the number of frames to respawn, with 1 main ability and 2 sub abilities of Quick Respawn.

Fractions of a frame should be rounded up. Rounding up gives us a result of 250. However, this only describes the enemy focus phase of the respawn process. We must add 30 for the player focus phase, and 120 for the spawn animation phase.

To convert frames to seconds, simply divide by 60.
