  • Holotype: MZB 22122.

Type locality: Sumatra, Aceh, Aceh Barat, Alue Sungai Pineung at Sungai Pineung, Kreung Babah Rot drainage, 3° 46' 47.6"N, 96° 49' 19.9"E.

Etymology: From Latin latebrosus, meaning hidden, retired or secret, in reference to the cryptic nature and apparent rarity of the species.
