 fix makefile to comply with gnu coding standards
 The upstream Makefile had to be modified to comply with the GNU Coding
 Standards, as required by debhelper.

 use converted png icon instead of .ico file
 Upstream provides a Windows icon (src/openmrac.ico) file only. This patch uses
 the PNG icon converted from the original during build.
