 Currently unstable does not contain all the required versions.
 To explore the rest of the rust-switch we adjust that for now.

 mdevctl is already installed
 dh-cargo is smart, so smart that it already moved the main
 mdevctl binary by the time the extra Makefile that upstream
 generates will run.
 Remove that line from Makefile.in to avoid failing on the
 binary already being gone.
