Pros: The ability to customize the client app especially if you want the software/app to be within your brand guidelines.
Cons: So many basic features are lacking on this software. If you have previously used a reputable software (MB, SH) you will have a really hard time using this software.
Staff permissions and roles cannot be edited.
Payment methods cannot be edited (so if you are a business that has other methods of payment apart from cash/CC) than you wont be able to customize this.
There is no staff app which was for us very important.
The software very often lags, which really affects the operations.
The reporting is super SUPER complicated and not staff friendly at ALL.
The migration from our current software was a NIGHTMARE. In the end they were unable to migrate all the data (memberships, past reports, client profiles)
They will of course not tell you any of this during the demo call.Overall: Save yourself the headache and look for another platform.

ScheduleHouse is so much better and very easy to use.
Mindbody is good as well but comes at a price. -

Pros: Marcello is so quick to respond with help and takes care of everything. If I have any issues, I get a response same day - and usually a fix the same day too!
Cons: Nothing! They are amazing. I have no critiques - if something doesn't work right they fix it quickly.
Overall: All the bells and whistles of MINDBODY and other products; better customer service, price and perks that the others don't have! I am truly grateful to find bsport and it was one of our best decisions to switch over to them!

Pros: The customer support team is so responsive and helpful - especially Francois, wouldn't have been able to do it without him! Any issues we ran into were resolved in a very timely manor and they never made me feel dumb for asking questions.
The software itself is very user friendly and we love how clean it looks! It makes it much easier to change classes (time, location, etc.) and also to contact attendees when necessary. We also love how you're able to send direct links to: add payment method, sign up for a class, or a specific payment link.Cons: The software requests/transfer felt unclear, especially for someone who doesn't know much about software. Our transfer happened too early because of the misunderstanding which resulted in hours of work to ensure everything got switched over. So I think a better explanation/breakdown of that would be helpful.
There isn't a separate app for staff that shows all classes and attendees - Francois showed me a way to create a shortcut which was helpful but isn't the cleanest solution so I'm hoping there's an app for that in the future.Overall: Overall, we're very happy with our switch to bsport! Customer support is fantastic, it saved us money, and has definitely improved the quality of our bookings/scheduling.

Pros: The setup of the dashboard, and the excellent website integration (I especially love how easy you make it to self-modify). I also found great comfort in the complete control I can have over passes, credits, and memberships.
Cons: Learning the new software and becoming proficient. This however is always the reality of switching software. I wish that managing the bookings you did not need to further click I wish you could just in the calendar view check-in people as present or absent. But this is a small comment more than a con.
Overall: The migration went very smoothly, and while clients are still slow to make the switch I will say it was a very easy transition. I am happy with the way that the software has been performing and hope to grow more confident and knowledgeable in the software. I would love to re-review the product after 6 months of use.

Pros: Amazing support from the bsport team!! Refreshing problem solving skills and great ideas, always very responsive and keen to help.
Cons: There's not many cons, if anything the treatment side of the system can be and will be improved. Therapist option instead of teacher would be great!
Overall: I can 100% suggest bsport with confidence as a booking platform with an amazing team behind it. Francois helped me so much with this changeover and made sure everything was under control.

Pros: The ease of use, flexibility, customization and PRICE! We have been very impressed with our transition to bSport thus far from the initial migration to daily implementation, it has been easy.
Cons: There isn't anything that stands out as a "con" at this point.
Overall: I cannot tell you how much I value the time I am no longer spending on the phone with Mindbody tech support. Since migrating to bSport I have felt nothing but fully supported. This software is an absolute MUST HAVE for any yoga studio, retreat center or holistic wellness center.

Pros: Bsport was easy to use for not only myself but my clients too. They are always making updates to make our work as business owners as easy as possible. Customer support was timely and communicative too!
Cons: I wish it was easier to delete clients from the system but this was connected to the overall database of clients with all bsport businesses.
Overall: My overall experience was great! I'd recommend Bsport to any other businesses looking for a reliable registration system.

Pros: The interface of bsport is beautiful and very clear from customer use.
The best thing though is the customer service - our past customer service agent: Alicia - was wonderful and welcoming. Our current new customer service agent: Francois - as been amazingly helpful and kind. Francois helps us immediately with all questions and gives incredibly thorough answers -- always understanding the problems we're facing. Francois is a treasure.Cons: The app can be buggy. Hopefully that continues to be eased out.
Overall: Great experience since switching to bsport. Particularly recommend the great customer service agents who give quality thoughtful service -- lightyears better than our last provider who ignored us completely.
