    Pros: Easy to use interface.
    Customizable survey templates.
    Rich reporting and analytics capabilities.
    Advanced survey logic.
    Seamless integration with other applications and platforms.
    Variety of response collecting methods.

    Cons: None for now. I'm currently satisfied with the service.

    Overall: I am thoroughly pleased with my experience using Zonka Feedback thus far. The team responsible for providing customer support is highly responsive and prompt in addressing any concerns or queries that I have had. Their prompt assistance ensures that any issue or concern is resolved almost instantaneously. Additionally, the platform is extremely user-friendly, and I can easily send SMS surveys directly from my Zonka dashboard. Also, there are numerous pre-made templates available, making the process of creating surveys simple and straightforward. The software provides a wide range of question types and custom variables, webhooks, and integrations. The possibilities for survey delivery are endless, including email, SMS, offline surveys, Slack, and more. Moreover, the white-label CNAME for both links, email, and SMS is a remarkable feature that enhances our brand identity. Check it out if you need or will ever need a proper feedback/survey tool.

    "COMPLETE but EASY TO USE feedback SaaS"

    Pros: I am very satisfied with this purchase because it is a mature SaaS.
    It is easy to understand, easy to use. Very complete. If you want, you can go to the details of a complex survey campaign.
    It helped me in save a lot of time. It includes a lot of templates and an easy way to modify or create the survey I want.
    It gives me professional reports, ready to share with my team.
    Furthermore, It has a trends reports and many features that I did not know. So, it has a huge value to let me know more about quality survey best practices.

    Cons: I would like to see it available in Spanish language in the future, at least at the front-end of surveys, or language selection feature.

    In the embedded surveys, I would like to add an interactive option like "insert your email to see the results" and use this engagement to get leads.

    Overall: Excellent SaaS. It solves the survey needs of ANY kind of organization.

    "Impressive app"

    Pros: 1. Offline survey - you can take a survey for your events or venues by enabling your offline survey.
    2. Native Integrations - you can connect most of the well-known tools to Zonka and sync your contacts back to it.
    3. User-friendly - nice UX and UI. Easy to navigate.
    4. Distribution - so many ways to distribute your survey. Link, SMS, email, QR etc.

    Cons: 1. CSV - it has some issues with uploading your contacts with CSV files. It sometimes uploads 70% of your list.
    2. Contact list - you can't move the tables (fields) as you wish. So the name is on position 1 but surname position 6. It should be next to each other.
    3. Analytics - missing a lot of analytics for SMS. You send out SMS but don't know if it was delivered, clicked etc.

    Overall: I would 100% recommend this product and I really hope they can fix some small bugs in it. Overall for the price it's very good survey tool especially for taking an offline survey that we use a lot for our events.

    "Powerful feedback tool"

    Pros: Ease of use, integrations, SMS integrations, real-time analytics and advanced reporting; feedback alerts.

    Cons: It’d be nice to see a use case where our clients can save/download their input into specialized forms like microjournal entries or quizzes, etc.

    Overall: So far, I’m enjoying the platform while learning new applications to listen to our clients more closely.
