    Cons: 1. It is missing the feature of searching any word by keyword in the chat.
    2. It does not support plugins integration like Grammarly which can be used for a grammatically error-free chat.

    Pros: User.com is a great CRM and task management tool. It made us feel we are optimizing our workflow. On a broader scale, it also works fantastic on marketing. No difficulty is there, new users can start using this tool in a short period. Helps to works in increased speed.

    Cons: Task automation lacks many useful features. No other cons.

    Overall: My overall experience was seamless and positive. It great for multi-usage for business purposes. I liked its UI and responsive experience in managing email marketing. As a users and administrator, I highly recommend.

    Pros: - User.com is all-in-one tool great to collect all data about each website visitor
    - it helps you automate the segmentation and personalize communication
    - I really like that I can have all in one place: emails, live chat, call center, text messages, pop-ups, push notifications and even dynamic page content
    - they have a great CRM that saves time by doing all the repetitive tasks;
    - report modules let you have full control over team's performance;
    - thanks to this tool you can provide fast and automated support on your website;
    - their support is awesome! They help to solve problems immediately.

    Cons: Nothing to dislike at the moment, if something appears, I will get back to this review.

    Overall: It's a real time-saver when you have all the communication channels in one place and when you can automatize most of the marketing processes.
