Pros: TopBuilder is very helpful to keep all leads organized and is very user-friendly from the desktop. The second capture form used for guest registration is also extremely helpful, as some interfaces only allow for one form. The ability to send blast emails and newsletters is also very convenient.
Cons: There have been some backend errors in terms of receiving notifications and causing confusion at times. The mobile version of the software is also a little touchy, as you can to navigate a certain way in order for leads and changes to be saved accordingly. I do wish that there would be an application created that would make leads easily accessible without having to go through an internet browser on mobile.
Overall: Overall, TopBuilder has been a great tool for both online sales, and guest registration. Despite having a few errors and technical issues with notifications, the software is helpful for organizing leads per user and generating tasks that can be easily followed. An easy e-blast and newsletter piece is also helpful for both sales and marketing.

Pros: Very easy to use and set up reporting and other tools in the system. Very intuitive and simple. FANTASTIC support and guidance from the in-house tech team. Great resources for hands on DIY training or with assistance.
Cons: Nothing I don't like! It is really a great tool for sales people.
Overall: Can't say enough about the tools and people available to help customize the system. The people are very committed to clients getting the most out of the system. I recommend TopBuilder 10/10.

Pros: The user interface is well designed.
The customizable dashboard just got even better, remembering your settings with your login.
The Leads list is easy to customize to present the info you need at a glance, and the sorting features allow for easy project identification.
User management is efficient and permissions are easy to customize.
KPI's are useful and can be created company wide or for specific users.
Follow Up Plans and Notifications allow for easy task communication, reminders, and then they're all logged in the Job History for easy record keeping.
All around, I've found TopBuilder to be an easy and effective tool to use.Cons: TopBuilder works very hard to support their clients. I feel like I've received a lot of personal attention to make our user experience as positive as possible.
That said, there are times where third-party integrations don't work perfectly. It doesn't happen often, TopBuilder provides support right away if they're able, and often it isn't even a TopBuilder problem per se, but technically this is my biggest con.
Sometimes pushing leads to different third-party software doesn't work as smoothly as it could.Overall: TopBuilder is a great CRM solution at a quality price point. The product itself is easy to use and grow into. A very small Technology Department can implement this solution for any company. TopBuilder Support is very helpful and will make every effort to resolve your issues. TopBuilder works with lots of third party integrations as well, so the functionality is very customizable.

Pros: I like the ease of use and being able to add notes and track emails. The capabilities of managing the client throughout the preliminary sales process is very well set up.
Cons: Previously, there were some glitches but it seems they have been corrected!
Overall: Very useful program. I am glad to be using it again. We used TB previously and then switched and the other program was no where near as user friendly as TopBuilder

Pros: It is a fairly direct tool. However, the short cuts that we were taught, were very useful. I also love the screenshot tool, and used it while he was going through with our team.
Cons: None so far. I feel it is nicely mapped out, and self explanatory.
Overall: I would highly recommend this product to anyone I knew looking to have a pleasant and fairly easy tool as builder software.

Pros: Really capable software with the ability to build out solutions for any team. Clean UI, with a smooth UX once the system is set up. Unlimited training is a huge plus, but maybe doesn't portray the background work that goes into implementing this system for your team.
Cons: Holding a training like this with our whole team before we have even had conversations of how this will be set up and implemented for our organization was putting the horse in front of the cart. Before the training should come an onboarding for any team members who will be building out the tasks, processes, and system for the organization.
I know some of this is on our teams admin, but there should be stronger direction from your training team on what this will take to implement and steps to be able to do so.Overall: Unlimited training is great, but should start with training the set up team for implementation. Pulling the whole team in before our organizations system is built, makes no sense.

Pros: I love the reports and how detailed you can be with leads. I appreciate how easy it is to set follow up plans and know what is due next.
Cons: Sending out a mass email to our clients is tricky and not very user friendly. Wish there were more templates. Wish there was an easier way to search and find if a lead is already in the system. Would be great if there was an app as well so we can put leads in on the go.
Overall: Pretty good, I am looking forward to learning more every Friday on the webinars. I am sure I am not utilizing the software as well as I should and it may be why I feel like things could be easier!

Pros: All of the main points were covered, as well as the usefulness of each feature. Maneuvering through the various menus was covered very well. I liked how the instructor was hands on in showing how each feature worked.
Cons: Some points of the presentation felt a bit rushed. But given that the webinar was only an hour, I understand that every single feature wasn't able to be broken down in such a short period of time
Overall: As someone who was being introduced to Top Builder, this course was a good introduction to the main features of the software , as well as how you can use the program to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Pros: Great introductory webinar to the TopBuilder program. Helped look at the beginning stages of the app.
Cons: Will need a little time to play with app before understanding some of the more in depth aspects.
Overall: Great overall experience that will help me understand how to help me use the app to manage my sells.

Pros: Customer Service is excellent. The Top Builder team is very responsive to questions and the price is excellent.
Cons: Email functionality is clunky and not drag-and-drop. Can't A/B test subject lines as far as I can tell.
Overall: This software would do a lot better if I had been involved in the setup (wasn't employed here at the time) and could then manage the salespeople's use of it. They are only using it as a CRM to just log contact info and they don't update anything. They send emails from their Outlook, but aren't willing to sync it to this software. Reporting is useless since they won't use it as it was designed.
