Pros: Provides everything needed to set any sales team up to close more deals and drive more revenue. This great CRM with built-in Sales enablement tools helps you 100% take the tedious day-to-day operations related to running or growing a sales team through the incredible help of their effective sales enablement program empowering the sales reps.
Cons: I cannot say there is something I do not like. I think it is so excellent that the only Con it has is my team becoming so dependent on it for its premium capabilities. It is really not easier to identify winners.
Overall: Implementing TigerLRM helped me deliver exactly what our sales team needs, all our sales reps are now perfectly positioned to hunt leads and close deals more efficiently than ever before.

Pros: Really easy to use.
Has features our sales team absolutely loves.
Intuitive interface.
Import, create and update contacts..Cons: We haven't run into any problems yet with this platform.
Overall: We have a pretty popular CRM platform, but our sales team didn't really find it to be user-friendly. TigerLRM is built to manage leads, with features that make initial contacts and follow-ups a breeze. And sales finds that it's easy to update lead statuses. A definite winner for us, and we can already see an increase in prospect engagements.

Pros: I was impressed by the huge catalog of features that my team can use to create custom reports once I have given them access. A major upgrade when it comes to managing leads!
Cons: Learning how to use it took some getting used to but their support team took the time to show me how to automate my workflows and optimize sales processes.
Overall: A great tool that has added so much value to my team and I. It takes care of those boring tasks so my team can focus effectively closing deals.

Pros: CRM is full-feature, LMS adds so much value, and the Sales Playbook has made a big difference. Best part has been onboarding process and ongoing support.
Cons: I wish I would've switched earlier. Also, WhatsApp integration would be great, will be coming soon from what I was told.
Overall: I didn't know what to expect, and have used so many other CRM's in the past. This is much more than a CRM and works very smoothly. Sales Enablement tools really make selling easier, and also helps reduce training times. Sales reps love the Sales Playbook and use it often. The automated follow up feature works very easily and has helped us close many deals that otherwise would've been forgotten or discarded. Overall I am very impressed.

Pros: Allowing my team to create and access a wide variety of reports, plus an abundance of features, is a game changer.
Cons: There is a mild learning curve, but their support is top-notch and after that, everything is intuitive.
Overall: Incorporating TigerLRM to our daily operations changed everything. It took a bit of a learning curve, but once we got it going we were able to get rid of other tools we used, and we are generating better reports with higher quality data.

Pros: I like the ease of use, layout of information, Search bar and navigation tools. Also, the way I can run reports to follow up and retrieve helpful contact information.
Cons: Would like to have the ability to lock an account from mass emails or other communication if they are marked as a customer.
Overall: Fantastic, helpful and necessary for my daily success, organization and structuring my day as things change.

Cons: First time user no cons yet. Great new toll for my company.

Pros: All that I need for free, what else do I need to ask for? Plus, I got more tools I didn't even think I could use for my business.
Cons: I don't see any so far, the platform was constructed thinking about businesses like mine.
Overall: A wonderful experience. I got the chance to talk with a live representative, you get that less and less these days.

Pros: It's extremely well designed. The UI is simple and easy to understand. Most functions are self explanatory and you can use it without much training at all. The layout is clean and uncluttered and very responsive.
Cons: Compared to many other platforms I have used I really couldn't find much of a fault in anything.
Overall: This is hands down the best platform I have used and I have been in the tech industry for decades and used all the major alternatives.
